Studio will be re-opened on Monday, 10 May 2021 and will follow the NAC New Safety Management Measures

​With effect from Monday, 10 May 2021, we’d adhere to NAC New Safety Management Measures:
自2021年5月10日（星期一）起，我们将遵守NAC的新安全管理措施：

• All classes which involves weights, strength or resistance training are not permitted. (TRX, HIIT, Barre)                                 禁止进行涉及重量，力量或阻力训练的课程。(TRX, HIIT, Barre)
• All aerial-related classes will not be opened until further notice due to hygiene issues.                                                        由于卫生问题，所有与空中有关的课程都不会开放，直到另行通知。  
• Maximum 5 participants in one group with 2m distance between each and 3m between groups.                                       一组中最多5位参与者，每位参与者之间的距离为2m，每组之间的距离为3m。
• No intermingling before class start, during class and also after class.                                                                                       上课前，上课期间和下课后学生皆不得混合。
• Masks are compulsory all the time including during classes.                                                                                                               口罩始终是强制性的，包括在上课期间。
• Sanitize hands & all equipment before and after use.                                                                                                                 使用前后都要对手和所有设备进行消毒。
• Students are advised to bring their own yoga mats & necessary props if needs.                                                                      建议学生携带自己的瑜伽垫和必要的道具。
• TRACE TOGETHER CHECK-IN before entering the studio and temperature taking at the counter before class is a MUST.                                                                                                                                                                                        进入教室前要先使用合力追踪进行登入，上课前必须在柜台测量体温。
• Stay home if you are feeling unwell.                                                                                                                                              如果您感到不适，请待在家里。
• Stay home if your family members are under SHN ( Stay Home Notice ).                                                                                        如果您的家人在居家通知令之下，请留在家中。
