AERIAL YOGA (Intro/Basic/Inter 1/ Inter 2)
Aerial yoga offers many of the same benefits and enjoyments of regular yoga, but it also has some additional benefits as well:
Greater Flexibility. Since you have more freedom of movement, you can move your body into new positions. In some cases, this can result in a deeper and more fulfilling stretch than traditional yoga offers.
Better Focus. By putting yourself in a more challenging situation than usual, aerial yoga forces you to be more alert and aware of your surroundings. You will likely also try to concentrate harder because you’re not used to being suspended in the air during your yoga practice.
Strengthened Muscles. Because gravity is working harder on your body than usual, your muscles work harder too. Aerial yoga is also a great core workout because you have to engage your core muscles to balance and stabilize yourself during your yoga session.
Stress-Relief. Much like traditional yoga, aerial yoga is great for stress relief. Not only do you use poses and stretches common to other forms of yoga to relieve stress, but you also experience the joy of knowing that you did something new and exciting, which makes you feel good.

AERIAL STRETCH
Aerial stretch is a open level practise and helps you move freely and by putting in less effort and counteracting gravity.
Staying suspended in the air releases tension in the bones and muscles and increases flexibility. It also strengthens core muscles and increases spinal and shoulder flexibility.
The stretches and movements boost the digestive system, helping heal various digestion-related issues, including constipation and indigestion.
By hanging freely, you give the spine the chance to lengthen. There is less strain on your back while exercising, it eases tension in the spinal cord and hip joint.
It improves blood circulation, thereby combating aging and its symptoms. It detoxifies the circulatory and lymphatic systems which delays the onset of cardiovascular issues.

AERIAL YIN
Coming soon....
IDANCE AERIAL YIN is a practice to slow you down and open the body through passive stretching. The person hardly moves, doing several poses for an hour. This is a completely different experience than most modern yogis. Most yoga practice is an active practice in which you move from posture to posture, accumulating heat and increasing your strength and flexibility in equal measure. A general trend in yoga is towards more athletic and acrobatic styles of practice.
During extended sessions of Aerial yin yoga, your muscles are allowed to relax deeply while the silk is used to support your body. Aerial Yin is a passive, free-standing practice that mainly affects the lower body - the thighs, pelvis, inner thighs, and lower spine. These postures are held for up to five minutes, allowing you to deeply center your breath and body - aligning the physical and mental, and unleashing the full potential of the healing power of your energy bodies.
