  • Our cancellation policy applies to all class packages or passes we offer. We allow class cancellations online no later than twenty-four (24) hours before your scheduled class at our studios.
  • Failing to cancel or not showing up for your scheduled class will result in a deduction of class credits.
  • For those on our monthly or yearly unlimited packages, if you fail to cancel or no-show, your account will be deactivated. A penalty of $20 (regular) or $25 (aerial), depending on your package, will be charged for reactivating your account.
  • We have a grace period of ten (10) minutes. Studio doors will be closed once this grace period is over, and no subsequent entry into the class will be allowed.
  • If you arrive after the grace period, your attendance will be marked as a 'No Show.'
  • No shows or late cancellations will incur a penalty of $20 (regular) or $25 (aerial), depending on your package.
  • We appreciate your cooperation in coming to class on time, as late arrivals are disruptive to the class, and it is important to participate in the warm-ups for a safe workout experience.
  • Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • No extensions are allowed. However, you may postpone your package for a $50 fee, provided you present valid reasons such as travel (at least 2 weeks or more) or illness, with supporting documentation (e.g., travel tickets or medical certificates). Once the submission has been approved, your account will be deactivated, please contact us when you would like to active your account.
  • Yearly passes (365 days) can only be postponed once.

  • Regular Class : 3 credits.
  • Special Equipment Class : 4 credits.​
  • Remaining sessions will be credited over to a subsequent plan.
  • Price is not inclusive of $20 registration fee.

  • Remaining credits which are insufficient to book a class can be topped up using cash but will be charged according to walk-in price.
  • Remaining credits will be credited over to a subsequent plan.
