       Our team consist of qualified and experienced trainers who are certified internationally. We are a group of passionate people in pursue of striving excellence towards health and fitness. ​​Certified Barre instructor and personal training trainer, majored in Dance at National Taiwan University Of Arts, trained in Classical Ballet, Modern and traditional Chinese dance as well as Martial arts since 4 years old and has started teaching since 2004.
She has performed at concerts in multiple countries and also choreographed dance performance for concerts and international exhibitions. ​

​Certified Yoga Teacher wiith 200 hours RYS. She has been a yoga practitioner for the past 7 years and have further her yoga journey with Svyasa in Bangalore, India to complete her advanced yoga certificate and dedicate herself studying on hatha yoga, yoga philosophy, pranayama, meditation and sanskrit learning.

Jia Urn has completed her 200-hours yoga teacher training with Yogavatar, a registered school with Yoga Alliance. She also obtained 50hours of Yoga Healing and Therapy course from Yoga Deep Teacher Training. As a practitioner since 2012, she experienced the connection between humans’ body, mind and soul from Hatha Yoga practice. She is also a Bachelor Degree holder in Psychology with five years of pre-school teaching experience. With the knowledge of brain and mind, also trained patience, she understands the importance of modesty learning is a lifelong process. Her teaching focuses on mindfulness, driving concentration back to moment on the mat. Everyone is artist of their life, crafting experiences through learning and sharing. With a unique sense of art, she also enjoys sharing mindful practices through Zentangle. Her goal is to inspire and shared unconditionally of her own transformations from life events, making good example for practitioners to believe in their unleashed potential and carry vibrant energy in life on and off the mat. ​

VERA

Vera is a certified Advanced yoga teacher originally from Siberia but has since lived throughout South East Asia. She has more than 7 years of teaching experience, specialising in  Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, Aerial Yoga, Acro Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga, Yin Yoga and Yoga Therapy. Vera has taken  200 + 300 + 30 hour yoga teacher training courses in Singapore and Nepal and has over 10,000 hours of teaching registered with the International Yoga Alliance. “Yoga is not only movement, it is a way to a healthy body and mind. It is the way to a pure soul and a strong spirit."

Jasmine majored in ballet from National Taiwan University Of Sport, trained in Barre and has fulfilled all requirements of ‘2021 Barre Teacher Training’ under the Greater China Fitness and Training Certification Association. She has also attained the Bachelor Degree of Physical Education with acknowledgment of major achievements in Department of Dance. Since 2004, she have been teaching preschool children to adults, also guiding them achieve winnings in competitions. She also performed internationally across Italy, Japan, Thailand in commercial setting like press conferences.

Certified Aerial Yoga Intstructor and  Registered Hatha Vinyasa Yoga Teacher (RYT 200) with Yoga Alliance.

Yoga practice has impressed Ivy in building both the physical and mentally strength to assimilate changes in her life. She will continue her yoga journey with full passion and wish to share this gift of knowledge to others who desire to gain strength, flexibility, relieve tension so as to become more mindful, focus and balance in their life. She uses the principles and postures of Vinyasa yoga as a foundation for creating & teaching Aerial Yoga Classes in more fun and creative way. She used to teach aerial pose by flow, mindfulness and combination with pranayama.

Yoga has been a part of Wawa’s life for over 20 years and her practice has helped her grow stronger, more flexible and fearless, both on and off the mat. Yoga inspires her to live each moment more mindfully. 
Wawa obtained her certification in yoga training with Christopher Harrison AntiGravity®Fitness Training and constantly upgrade her Aerial Yoga practice in Taiwan.
In her classes, Wawa loves to combine creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help you deepen your practice. She seeks to help others thrive and live by nurturing body, mind and soul with yoga and her hope is that you step off the mat / hammock feeling refreshed, nourished & balanced.

Certified in Aerial Yoga, Wheel Yoga and 200 hour Yoga. She discovered that the benefits of aerial yoga are beyond physical and can help one to cultivate peace, positivity and awareness of the mind, body and soul.
Her classes are filled with motivating instructions throughout a challenging and rejuvenating practices. Her style focuses on self awareness, progression and grounding. Esther’s class is generally light-hearted, balanced and based on an understanding of the transformative power of the practices.  She follows a balanced, flowing sequence when conducting her Aerial Yoga classes and works at individual pace with poise and principal stability.
Esther believes that it truly transforms us, helping us to cultivate strength, poise, and health in the body while instilling clarity, mindfulness, and present.

ANNA

Anna is a certified yoga instructor.  Leaving Anna's corporate lifestyle and completely focus into teaching yoga after receiving her 200 hour Yoga Alliance certification. Sharing the benefits with her students on the practice and to find more balance in their life through yoga. Leading them to greater awareness and mindfulness to both body and mind. Anna is also a certified prenatal yoga instructor.
